About This Course
The learners are expected to:
project positive and professional image at workplace;
present themselves in a positive and professional manner (attire, presentation, body language);
provide go the extra mile service by fulfilling special requests;
improve customer service through effective communication;
escalate areas of improvement that may enhance customers’ experience.

Entry Requirements
The target audience are customer service Managers, Executives and Technicians.
• Male and female Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents of aged 21 years and above of different ethnics.
• They speak, listen and read English at a proficiency level not lower than the WPL Level 3, and manipulate numbers at a not lower than the WPN Level 3.
• No work experience in retail, hospitality or customer service jobs is required.
