What You'll Learn

Heuristics are simple rules of thumb we use for decision making. These rules can be pre-conceived from our past experiences, emotions etc. and they help us to make decisions quickly. It has been described as a fast and frugal method managers instinctively turn to when making all sorts of business decisions, as they are often time-starved and do not have the luxury to rely on extensive reports and data for fully informed, calculated decisions all the time.

In this 2-day course, we will examine how heuristics can be successfully applied to improve your sales and marketing effectiveness and to create a leadership position for your product/services, especially in this hyper digital, data overloaded world.
