What You'll Learn
This course starts with the introduction of what consisted of and contributed to Customer Service Excellence, especially post-pandemic in the new normal. Using Emotion Intelligence, this course shall equip our learners the skills to utilise this intelligence to handle all types of customers. That’s not all – there will also be a motivational type profiling that will help learners discover what will motivate them to work towards their goals, in this case Customer Service Excellence. The types of service triggers that would lead to service challenges and the way to escalate such situations to the management will also be shared. Lastly, service recovery in handling demanding customer situations utilising the ‘R.E.A.C.T’ 5-Step Service Recovery system will conclude the whole course.
Entry Requirements
• 21 years and above
• Possess minimally a Secondary Level and/or listen, speak, read, and write English at a proficiency level equivalent to Employability Skills System Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 3
• Use numeracy skills equivalent to the Employability Skills System Workplace Numeracy (WPN) Level 3
• Minimum 1 month of working experience
