About This Course
This module introduces participants to the latest digital tools and platforms to create a digital marketing campaign. Participants will acquire the essential skills and techniques such as search engine optimisation (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing, digital advertising, crisis communication and community management.

Identify and capitalise on market and social trends to create relatable content for target audiences.
Execute market research to better understand consumer behavior.
Propose a range of digital tactics that comprise a variety of communication and promotional tools.
Plan an integrated approach to digital marketing communication.
Develop a media calendar and budget to complement their overall marketing strategy.
Entry Requirements
● 3 relevant GCE 'O' Level passes and at least 1-year of relevant work experience; or
● NITEC with GPA ≥ 3.5 or GPA ≥ 3.0 and at 1-year of relevant work experience; or
● Higher NITEC with GPA of ≥ 2.0 or GPA ≥ 1.5 and at least 1-year relevant work experience; or
● NITEC in Technology or Services with GPA ≥ 3.5 and at least 1-year relevant work experience; or
● Higher NITEC in Technology or Services with GPA ≥ 2.0 and at least 1-year relevant work experience; or
● Relevant WSQ Diploma qualifications (or higher) and Level 6 WSQ Workplace Literacy SOA and Workplace Numeracy SOA and 1-year relevant work experience; or
At least 2 years relevant work experience.
