Post-Diploma Certificate in User Experience Management (PDC1 of Specialist Diploma in User Experience Design & Management) aims to:
- give participants an overview of characteristics, problems, techniques and methods of Project Management and a consideration of managerial decision-making in team environments. Management principles and practices, e.g. Agile, Scrum and Design Sprints, are used to solve practical problems in creative, innovative organizations.
This course explores every aspect of being a consumer: buying, having and being. It explores how shopping and purchasing possessions and services influence how we feel about and define ourselves.

In addition, they will learn to make tactical and strategic decisions using social media marketing, enterprise intelligence, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)/Search Engine Marketing (SEM), analytics, marketing research and pop culture trends
- allow participants to apply their newly acquired skills and knowledge to develop a digital User Experience project with their company. The project encompasses research, strategy, planning, testing and measurement

Applicants should have a related qualification (minimum Polytechnic Diploma)
Applicants who do not meet the entry requirements may be considered for admission to the course based on:
a) Evidence of at least 5 years of relevant working experience; OR
b) Supporting evidence of competency readiness
