About This Course

This course serves to address service challenges and enables service providers to use corrective tools and techniques to escalate issues and respond to customers' needs turning them into opportunities. This course also incorporates critical core skills - communications into the techniques whereby learners will be taught methods to tailor communication approaches to suit different customer profiles.

Upon completion of this course, learners should be able to:

1. Apply the standards of communication and procedures for customer service excellence, including portraying professional etiquette when responding to customers over various platforms per organisational guidelines.
2. Recognise and respond to service opportunities and escalate service challenges to address customers’ needs using appropriate communication approaches.
3. Apply resilience techniques in customer service excellence to build trust and confidence.
