You should be familiar with web browsers and be able to navigate websites. You should be able to open a web browser, search for information using a search engine, and access pages on websites independently.
You should have interacted with other users on Meta channels (Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp) and have a general understanding of their purpose and functionality.
