About This Course
The (SCTP) Career Diploma In Culinary Arts equips the learners with:
a) critical thinking and managerial work function skills that will allow them to acquire and broaden advanced level skills & knowledge in culinary arts management. This will in turn help course participants to build strong managerial competencies for working effectively and efficiently in the restaurants and other food production environment.
b) skills and knowledge to close the existing industry skills gap and match their future job roles in the food service sector.

Academic Level Required:
Singaporean / Singapore PR Applicants:• Obtained at least three (3) GCE 'N' Level credits (including English);International Applicants:• Obtained at least a pass at high school diploma or equivalent qualifications
Language Proficiency:
Obtained at least an IELTS score of 5.5 / TOEFL (internet-based total) score of 46-59 / WPL Level 5
Work Experience Required:
Possess a minimum of 1 week of working experience in any F&B related establishments
