Effectiveness Management - Demonstrate & Apply Cleaning Methods & Processes Level 3
About This Course
Cleaning businesses must obtain licensing from the National Environment Agency (NEA). To qualify for NEA’s Cleaning Business Licence or Enhanced Clean Mark Accreditation Scheme, these businesses must employ cleaners who are certified through WSQ courses under the Environmental Services Skills Framework. Alternatively, they can hire cleaners and then send their supervisors for training in these courses. Licenses must be renewed annually. Our organization provides the necessary training and assessments to meet NEA’s requirements for the Cleaning Business Licence or Enhanced Clean Mark Accreditation Scheme on an annual basis. We also offer consultancy services covering cleaning business licensing, training needs analysis, training grants, and expertise in cleaning practices.
Individual trainees aiming to enter the cleaning industry within the environmental services sector include those who have been displaced from previous jobs due to factors like COVID-19 or economic changes. These individuals seek cleaning courses to acquire the skills, knowledge, attitudes, and confidence necessary to start successfully in the industry. By obtaining Statements of Attainment from our training center, these individuals enhance their employability in the cleaning industry and increase their chances of securing higher salaries. Their qualifications assist cleaning businesses in meeting NEA's training requirements.
NEA mandates that cleaning businesses ensure their staff undergo training in 2 core Level 3 cleaning modules and at least 1 elective module annually, aligned with updates to the Progressive Wage Model (PWM). Consequently, Workplace Safety and Health Practices Implementation (Level 3) has been chosen to provide ongoing training for both existing and new cleaning supervisors, optimizing training effectiveness to meet industry needs.
