Generative Artificial Intelligence for Supply Chain Operations - READY (GEN-AI for Supply Chain Ops-READY)
About This Course
In today's competitive business landscape, many supply chain processes such as responding to requests for quotations, compiling job information, resource planning, etc., are still largely performed manually. Due to different and changing customer requirements, these tasks are often time-consuming and prone to errors.
Through Generative Artificial Intelligence (Gen AI), such processes can be automated significantly. In addition, Gen AI can also support data analysis, technical support, knowledge management, workplace safety, and beyond. Robots and AI agents are incorporating Gen AI technologies too. The fast-improving Gen AI technology is poised to help companies lower costs, improve operational agility, and deliver superior customer service.
The course, GEN-AI for (Supply Chain Management) SCM-READY, is conducted in two phases:
• Phase 1: For two and a half days, you will develop foundational skills and knowledge needed to effectively apply Gen AI to enhance personal and workplace productivity. You will explore various Gen AI technologies, learn best practices for crafting effective prompts, and supply chain use cases. Additionally, sharing of process streamlining and complementary digital tools will be done, to enhance the benefits of implementing Gen AI in the identified supply chain functions.
• Phase 2: For three-half-days, you will be organised into project groups of at least two participants. Each group will have an assigned mentor to facilitate the implementation of the first use case project at the workplace.
Note:
• The exact duration of Phases 1 and 2 may vary slightly, depending on the requirements of the use-case project.
