Jurong Primary School is a government school that aims to nurture students to become confident learners, active citizens, and caring leaders. The school provides a holistic education in a supportive and engaging environment. Its Applied Learning Programme (ALP) focuses on developing effective communication skills through journalism. Jurong Primary School was established in 1950 as Jurong Road School. It was renamed Jurong Primary School in 1985. In 2006, it merged with Boon Lay Primary School.
