About This Course
This course provides students with the skills and knowledge in first-line maintenance, repairing and servicing of air-conditioning system, plumbing and sanitary systems, firefighting and fire protection systems, electrical and emergency services, amenities, fittings and fixtures, wall, ceiling and floor finishes for commercial, industrial, institutional and residential buildings in accordance with manufacturers' and authority requirements to ensure optimum functioning of plant, equipment and systems.
