About This Course
As we grow older, we will face many disruptions in our life, such as new technology, change in work systems, reorganisation of job functions, health issues or even changes in relationships; and managing them will become one of the most important task. Successful transitions will depend on whether you can adapt to new ways of thinking and operating - to unlearn old ways of doing things and learn new ones. This course aims to provide you with the tool-kit to develop personal resilience in responding to changes affecting work and life to achieve productive longevity and to become future ready. You will learn effective communication strategies to build positive relationships at work and family, and be empowered with the motivation to be active in communal involvement. This course is also useful to individuals who work with seniors in their jobs or involved in community work.
