Entry Requirements
The target audience are the sales and service personnel from the retail industries including fashion, apparel and lifestyle products sectors.
• Male and female Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents of aged 21 years and above of different ethnics.
• They speak, listen and read English at a proficiency level not lower than the WPL Level 3, and manipulate numbers at a not lower than the WPN Level 3.
• No work experience in retail, hospitality or customer service jobs is required.
