About This Course
The purpose of this TSC Unit is to enable Auxiliary Police Officers, Auxiliary Police Officers (Enhancement) and Protection Officers to acquire the fundamental knowledge and be equipped with application skills in customer service while performing security duties at various deployment areas. This course will be conducted over period of 9 hours and 1.5 hours of Summative Assessment by AETOS Assessment Unit.

The Abilities (A1 - A8) such as recognize the diverse range of customers and their needs and expectations. Demonstrate the qualities and characteristics of a service professional when delivering go the extra mile service to exceed customer's expectations.

Target Audience
In the role of a frontline professional, be it in the security profession, transport, courier/delivery, nursing, retail, customer service and any other people.
Entry Requirements
Learners must;
• Be able to read, write and speak English at WPL Level 4
• Be able to manipulate numbers at WPN Level 4
• Be able to act in a professional manner
• Be able to observe confidently
• Be vigilant at all times
Nationality
Singapore Citizens, Malaysian Citizens who are Singapore Permanent, holders of Work Permits or Employment Passes.
Education Qualifications
The minimum entry educational qualification for learners shall be 3 GCE ‘N” Level credits, 3 SPM Credits, NITEC or their equivalent.
