Work with the Project Manager and other team members to:
1. Develop a project requirements document to capture the requirements of the project and those of stakeholders.
2. Establish the constraints of scope, schedule and budget to develop a project management plan.
3. Identify and analyze risks and establish response plans to address them to avoid or minimize impact to the project.
4. Apply appropriate tools and techniques to processes to manage project lifecycle.
5. Manage resources in balance with constraints of scope, schedule, budget and risks to achieve planned project objectives and outcomes.
6. Manage communications and project knowledge to facilitate timely stakeholder engagement and interdependencies with other projects.
