What You'll Learn
Entry Requirements
Our target audience are those who are 21 years old and above and are currently working in services industry for 0-3 years.
The required skills and knowledge for this course are as follows:
• Minimum PSLE and/or able to read, write, listen and speak of English to a proficiency level equivalent to Employability Skills System Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 3; and count to a proficiency level equivalent to Employability Skills System Workplace Numeracy (WPN) Level 3
• Able to operate a personal desktop computer / laptop with Level 2 basic computing and applications skills
• Be motivated to learn
