About This Course
In this course, you will learn about:
Ground handling operations and management (passengers, ramp& baggage handling services, in-flight catering)
Operation and management of modern international airports, (terminal operations, signage systems, contingency planning, airport emergency systems)
Airport airside operations (including emergency and safety procedures)
Airline operations and management (including its organisational structure and business modelling, route planning, route profitability, air transport agreements and the regulatory framework of the airline industry, airline alliances, fleet and facilities planning, and key performance indicators)

‘O’ Levels
At least 3 ‘O’ Level passes in the following subjects:
English Language (EL1 or EL2) Grade 1 – 7
Any mathematics subject Grade 1 – 6
Any science subject Grade 1 – 6

WSQ Qualification
Relevant WSQ Qualification with 1 year of relevant working experience and WSQ Workplace Literary Statement of Attainment (SOA) (Level 6) AND Workplace Numeracy Statement of Attainment (SOA) (Level 6)
