At the end of this course, participants will acquire skills and knowledge on:
1. Defining the complex problem that participants are tackling using techniques that will open up different paths towards a solution.
2. Analysing the complex problem using established tools from the field of systems science.
3. Using a systems science software to develop the key artefacts that are needed during the analysis process
4. Applying the techniques to identify potential solutions to the problem
