(Ending Validility on 9 Aug 2025) Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (CLSSGB) Training
About This Course
The WSQ Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (CLSSGB) Training course equips participants with the skills to lead process improvement initiatives using the Lean Six Sigma DMAIC framework. Participants will learn to define project goals, map processes, and identify key performance metrics. The course covers essential Lean Six Sigma tools such as SIPOC, Value Stream Mapping, Root Cause Analysis, and Descriptive Statistics. Learners will also gain hands-on experience in data collection, measurement system analysis (MSA), and hypothesis testing.
As the course progresses, participants will move on to the Improve and Control phases, learning to develop and implement process improvement solutions. They will be introduced to tools such as Solution Selection Matrix, Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA), and Statistical Process Control (SPC). By the end of the course, participants will be equipped to reduce process waste, improve efficiency, and maintain quality control, making them valuable assets in roles related to process improvement, quality assurance, and operational excellence.
What You'll Learn
LO1: define project and establish the scope of work using Six Sigma’s define, measure and analyse phases.
LO2: execute project using Six Sigma’s improve phase.
LO3: evaluate project effectiveness using Six Sigma’s control phase and recommend follow up actions.
