This course is only for the low wage workers in the PWM-Cleaning Sector.
This course is one of the NEA CORE module for PWM Job Titles of Cleaner, Multi-skilled Cleaner and Supervisor.
This Cleaning Chemical Handling course targets workers requiring the knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper usage of working with these chemicals. The worker could be working in various industries that utilizes cleaning chemicals such as facilities management, cleaning, waste management, airport management and food & beverage.
This course is aspiring or current team-leaders, supervisors or operation executives, or operation managers with some experience in the environmental services industry. It is also suitable for those considering mid-career switching.

Entry Requirements
The following entry requirements are preferred, though not mandatory:
- Have interest or are already working in industries related to environmental services, such as facilities management, landscaping, construction, engineering or security.
- Be new entrants to the industry or existing operators who have not taken this course before.
- Have undergone job orientation to learn about work roles, responsibilities, limitations, workplace safety and health practices.
- Be able to read, listen and speak English to a proficiency level equivalent to Employability Skills System (ESS) Literacy Level 3.
- Possess numeracy skills to a proficiency level equivalent to Employability Skills System (ESS) Numeracy Level 3.
