About This Course
This 3-day course aims to equip participants with key knowledge and skills to accelerate development of large-scale Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications. This course start with an overview of Spark 3.X, followed by introducing Spark streaming processing, Spark Data Management and Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) acceleration and Accelerated Advanced Machine Learning & End-to-End AI Pipeline Development. Participants will learn the essential skills by working on end-to-end use case and use MLflow (an Open Source Machine Learning Platform) or equivalent to manage machine learning lifecycles during hands-on session.
What You'll Learn
Two key challenges lie in the development of large-scale Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications. In data processing, it is how to scale to Big data. In AI modelling, it is how to manage the entire AI lifecycle from start to production. This course covers how to use Spark and MLflow (an Open Source Machine Learning Platform) to address these two challenges. In addition, participants will get hands-on experience on in-depth usage of Spark in cluster mode to unleash the potential in streaming processing, Data Meta Info Management, accelerated hardware including Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) to expedite both data processing and machine learning. Participants will also have hands-on experience with an actual use case to practise using MLflow to manage the end-to-end AI lifecycle.
