About This Course
Upon completion of this course, learners will be able to:
1. Operate different types of camera equipment and accessories to create visual art media such as films and videos
2. Manoeuvre camera equipment to follow and track movements of characters and objects
3. Enhance video images with techniques such as composition, lightings, angles and cinematics
What You'll Learn
Entry Requirements
There is no pre-requisite in terms of prior working experience. However, learners are expected to be comfortable handling cameras such as smartphone camera or DSLR camera to capture videos. In addition, learners must be keen to explore and learn how to create videos from scratch and be prepared to operate cameras both indoor and outdoor to fulfil the course requirement.
All equipment and accessories needed for training will be provided for learners use during the training duration.
In order to understand and follow the course, learners must be:
• at least 21years old AND
• either:
o completed at least secondary education
or
o able to speak, listen, write, and read English at a minimum proficiency level of the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification Workplace Literacy Level (WPL) 4
