2021 saw the launch of the ASEAN Digital Masterplan 2025 which sets out the important role digitalisation play in accelerating post-COVID-19 recovery. The acceleration of digital transformation for ASEAN to emerge stronger and more resilient from the COVID-19 crisis will mean changes in how data and records are managed in an increasingly digital and regulatory economy. Achieving good records management is part of demonstrating accountability in governance.
This module enables participants to understand the importance and principles of managing records. This includes creating the governance framework as well as protecting the authenticity, reliability, integrity and useability of records.
