About This Course

At the end of the 3-day module, participants will be able to:
• Integrate the agile values and mindset into the role and responsibility of the leader as a coach;
• Understand, analyse and apply the professional coaching competencies such as active listening, feedback giving, asking powerful questions, change management and others;
• Leverage on coaching tools to effectively move from individual to team coaching and build effective agile teams by establishing trust and accountability;
• Mentor agile role transitions;
• Attain the ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC) certification upon passing the required assessment(s).
