About This Course
On completion the learners will harness the following;
Knowledge
• Demonstrating product knowledge & understanding to give rightful & trustworthy advice to customers in order to ensure their continued satisfaction and enable generating new sales opportunities.
Skills & Practical application
• Applying practical knowledge & skills on improving communication, listening, problem-solving during product advisory services.
• How to effectively provide Product Advisory customer service, in the areas of customer loyalty, complaint resolution and effective customer service that can generate value and optimize long-term customer relationships.
Attitudes
• Training the employees on the same set of competencies to gives them a standard process to deal with customers and creates a sense of team spirit.
• Enable individual to take responsibility for own outputs in work & learning.
What You'll Learn
Entry Requirements
Learners are required to:
• Be able to speak, listen, read and write English at a proficiency level equivalent to the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification (ES WSQ) Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 1.
• Be able to manipulate numbers at a proficiency level equivalent to ES WSQ Workplace Numeracy (WPN) Level 1.
Learners must be above 21 years old.
