About This Course
This course is essential in Service industries, especially in the pandemic-hit F&B industry, where manpower shortage caused a negligence in Service Excellence. Supervisors and managers will be equipped with skills to lead a team of staff towards better customer service and thereby saving the deteriorating F&B industry.

Entry Requirements
1. Applicants are to have completed GCE N levels or NITEC level with at least 2 passes, including English and Mathematics or WSQ WPLN proficiency Level 5 OR completed a Diploma in Tourism/Hospitality/F&B/Catering or another Service sector.
2. Where possible, or in the absence of suitable academic requirements, students with a demonstrated attitude, passion and skills and knowledge developed through industry experience of min. 1 year may be suitable. Industries include Tourism, Hospitality, Food and Beverage, Catering or other Services industries.
3. Due to the nature of vocational training for the F&B industry, students often commence study once they have already gained years of experience in the industry. The students may or may not have satisfied the minimum academic requirements, however their industry experience is commensurate or even higher than these requirements. In these instances, the Head of Academic may approve their enrolment on a case-by-case basis.
