About This Course

Upon successful completion of this course, the learner will be able to:
• LO1: Identify WSH cultural attributes to be assessed based on organisational requirements
• LO2: Develop a WSH culture assessment plan based on organisational attributes identified
• LO3: Assess an organisation’s WSH culture and identify findings and recommendations
• LO4: Evaluate effectiveness of organisational WSH culture building programmes

What You'll Learn

This course will impart the knowledge and skills for individuals assigned as a WSH cultural assessment member to analyse to the WSH cultural initiative programmes within their organisations. Learners will benefit from this course as they will develop the necessary skillset to prepare, plan and conduct the WSH culture assessment within their organisation, measure the attributes, dimensions and elements of a WSH culture index, highlight findings from the WSH Culture assessment and recommend follow-up actions, formulate a suite of WSH culture building initiatives to improve or enhance the WSH culture of the organisation and lastly evaluating the effectiveness of the organisational WSH Culture building programmes.

Entry Requirements

- ES WPLN Level 7 or Grade B4 in GCE ‘O’ Level for English and Mathematics
- Possess the WSQ Specialist Diploma in WSH Qualification
- At least 2 years of post-WSH qualification working experience as WSH officer, auditor or similar occupational role
- Completed 1 Pre-Requisite Unit

- A recognised WSH degree qualification for WSHO registration with MOM
- At least 2 years of post-WSH qualification working experience as WSH officer, auditor or similar occupational role
- Completed 1 Pre-Requisite Unit
