Working adults aged 21 & above with secondary education and are competent in English (Written, Spoken, Reading and Writing) and are eager to pick up adjacent learning besides being flexible and willing to un-learn old skills.
Suitable for all support level staff whose job roles are subjected to unprecedented change due to onset of automation and digitalisation e.g customer service agents, frontline service providers.
