What You'll Learn

This course series is targeted at management level staff of organisation seeking to develop strategic leadership skills based on Sun Tzu’s teachings. This series provides them with the knowledge and ability to be able to develop business strategy; approaches in management and leadership; and to make strategic decisions.

Entry Requirements

It is assumed that the participants should minimally possess the following profile:
• Possess a minimum of O-Levels or equivalent level of education; or
• Be able to speak, listen and read English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification (ES WSQ) Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 5; and
• Have more than 1 year of work experience; and
• Have at least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
