About This Course
The Advanced Social Media Management course aims to improve the competencies of digital marketing personnel to adopt digital marketing models, processes, frameworks, and analytics tools in planning, executing, and measuring social media campaign outputs to optimise the campaigns for maximum return of investment (ROI). The applied learning approach is used to facilitate the transfer of learning that allows the trainees to directly apply knowledge and skills to analyse, curate, execute, infer and navigate, and manage social media marketing, including establishing organisational policies and procedures for media and social media use.

Entry Requirements
● WPLN Level 5.
● Diploma in Digital Marketing; OR
● Mature candidates (≥ 30 years old with 8 years’ work experience in a digital marketing-related field); OR
● Candidates with other qualifications will be considered on a case-by-case basis
