What You'll Learn
While the business strategy constitutes the overall direction of an organisation, the supply chain strategy constitutes the actual operations of that organisation and of the extended supply chain to meet specific supply chain objectives. A well executed supply chain strategy results in value creation for the organisation. This module starts with an overview of aligning overall organisational performances required by the extended supply chain with the business strategy and the adoption of supply chain-related technologies. Incorporating a strategic outlook, the training will explore how the supply chain will function within its evolving environment to deliver on the organisation's strategic objectives and goals.
