At the end of the 2-day module, participants will be able to:
• Gain an overview of chatbots, AI in different industries, and their correlation to blockchain and decentralised technologies
• Gain an understanding of designing and developing chatbots, training and testing chatbots - prototyping
• Understand the concepts of personalisation and context-awareness in chatbots and ChatGPT
• Understand the process of integration of chatbots, monitoring and maintenance of chatbot improvements
• Identify the synergies between Web 3.0, chatbots and AI, i.e., decentralisation and AI-powered chatbots; personalisation and privacy in chatbots; integration in Web 3.0
What You'll Learn
The field of chatbots and artificial intelligence (AI) is rapidly evolving, and the integration of emerging technologies like AI and blockchain are revolutionising the way chatbots are designed, developed, and deployed. In this module, participants will be introduced to the latest advancements in chatbots and AI, including the design and development of chatbots, their integration with decentralised platforms, and the deployment and maintenance of these systems. Through a combination of case studies and hands-on exercises, participants will gain an understanding of the basics of AI and chatbots, as well as the more advanced concepts such as natural language processing, ChatGPT, chatbot development, deployment and optimisation, and the applications of AI and chatbots in various industries. By the end of the module, participants would have gained a solid understanding of AI and Chatbots and how they can be leveraged in various applications.
