About This Course
This course is only for the low wage workers in the PWM-Cleaning Sector.
The objective of this course is to provide learners the techniques and criteria in selecting the solution to handle customers with the goal of improving business relationships with customers and achieving service requirements.
- Learners are able to identify potential service challenges triggered by the
issues that exist in the environmental services at workplace.
- Learners are able to use their procedural knowledge and skills in customer
service and problem-solving to handle customers’ issues.
- Learners are able to follow the service recovery procedures and
organisational requirements in customer service delivery to tackle service
challenges using effective communication principles.
- Learners understand the escalation process and know how to gather
feedback from customers to solve the service challenges using
appropriate problem-solving tools and techniques
What You'll Learn
Entry Requirements
Never attend school or no formal education
Able to speak, listen and read English at Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 1,
and manipulate numbers at Workplace Numeracy (WPN) Level 1
Minimum of three months of work experience in the environmental
services industry or with the interest to be employed in the industry.
