What You'll Learn

This course is targeted at quality professionals, supervisory staff and managers seeking to develop problem solving skills and skills to drive continuous improvement in their organisations using the 3I Workplace Improvement Framework, Lean Six Sigma LSS methodology and tools. This course provides them with the knowledge and abilities to determine underlying causes of problems in their workplace, collaborate with other stakeholders to implement and evaluate solutions for continuous improvements in their workplace.

Entry Requirements

It is assumed that the participant’s should minimally possessed the following profile:
• Possess minimum of Diploma or equivalent level of education; or
• Be able to speak, listen and read English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification (ES WSQ) Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 7; and
• Have more than 1 years or more of work experience; and
• Have at least 1 years’ experience in a supervisory or managerial role
