In this course, you will consider how well your team members understand the team's mission and the members' roles. You will explore strategies for building trust, encouraging engagement, and establishing commitment on your teams so they can reach your goals and avoid later remedial action. The strategies developed in this course will allow individuals setting up teams as well as those who have well-established teams improve their functionality and success. The course is provided by eCornell in partnership with Genashtim.
