What You'll Learn
The right camera movements can assist in drawing the viewer deeper into a scene, reveal more information about a scene or character or affect the mood of the scene.
While there are many new tools for creating camera movement there has to be an understanding of why the camera is moved rather than just how to use the tools to do it.
This course covers both by discussing the philosophy of camera movement using case studies as well as a strong hands on component where participants learn to work with the tools used for camera movement. These include compact camera movement tools such as stabilisers, sliders, dollies, gimbals and jibs.
