PWM-Lift & Escalator: CoC in Escalator Maintenance for Senior Escalator Specialist
About This Course
This course is only for the low wage workers in the PWM-Lift & Escalator Sector.
The course is targeted at participants who are required to maintain and service escalators and moving walks independently, interpret escalator/moving walk drawings, perform checks on escalator/moving walk electrical power supply system, check the electronics components and controls, perform escalators/moving walks testing and adjustments to the machine operation.

Entry Requirements
Minimum entry requirement:
- Completed Construction Safety Orientation Course (CSOC) or Work at Height (WAH)
- At least 3 years working experience in related field (lift maintenance at supervisory level)
- Ability to read and write in English
Prerequisites:
- Completed Full Time & Part Time Nitec (Vertical Transportation) courses
OR
- Completed CoC in Escalator Maintenance for Escalator Specialist
OR
- 3 CoC in Basic Lift Installer; Lift Testing & Commissioning; and Lift Power & Control
