About This Course
This CoC is to equip participants with a comprehensive understanding of the core principles and concepts of lean principles, such as eliminating waste, continuous improvement, and value stream mapping.
Individuals and organizations with the knowledge and skills needed to successfully implement lean principles and achieve improved operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction before implementing Digital and Industry 4.0.
What You'll Learn
• Able to apply 4 Just-in-Time (JIT) principles for Industry 4.0 in manufacturing.
• Able to Identify, analyse and eliminate utilizing MUDA-MURA- MURI (3M) from Toyota Production System (TPS) to balance a production line footprint.
• Able to generate TPS Yamazumi data analytics report with Digital NVA (Non-Value Add) Analysis (DNA) software from New Value (NV).

Entry Requirements
Technical: Higher Nitec and above
Or
Academic: O level and above
Work Experience: More than 2 years of manufacturing experiences.
Advisory: Other qualifications will be evaluated on case by case basis.
