Advanced Certificate in Practical Business Law Module 1: Understanding and Managing Contracts in the Digital Business Domain (Synchronous E-Learning)
About This Course
The law interfaces with almost all aspects of running and managing a business, from incorporation and employment, to marketing and protecting a business’ assets and information. A well-rounded business owner, executive, or professional should have a working understanding of how the law operates in practice. While academic and theoretical mastery is not required, he/ she should, at least, be able to identify legal issues/ requirements, and be aware of the solutions and resources needed to address and comply with them. Professional-education courses imparting practical knowledge of the law do not appear to be common in Singapore, hence this programme is specifically designed to provide business owners, managers, and executives with a working knowledge of laws and legal processes related to the entire spectrum of running and managing a business.
