About This Course
Generation Z and Millennials now make up almost half of the workforce. Compared to preceding generations, they have a radically different expectation of their leaders.
Millennials and Gen Z want to work with “Coaches” more than “Directors”. They are no longer satisfied with taking orders in a stable job. Instead, they want to grow, be challenged, and be part of the creative process.
Coaching and Developing Talent For Leaders is designed for managers and leaders who aspire to become coaches and mentors.
