In our highly digital world, the question for businesses is not just about how established their digital channels are. The more important question we should ask is if they offer a tailored and consistent branded digital customer experience across all their digital touchpoints.
According to a survey conducted by Mckinsey, most business-to-consumer businesses still offer basic digital services, and very few designed an integrated experience. Organizations that have a well-designed digital experience achieved 15-20% boost in customer satisfaction and increasing conversion rates and growth by 20%.
