About This Course
This is the fifth module in the SCTP series. The most effective digital marketing channels is organic search! This explains why understanding the fundamentals of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is very crucial in the digital marketing world. We understand that SEO may be a very technical subject to many. Hence, this course has been specially designed to put across the concepts in an easy approach to engage individuals effectively! Learners will learn to appreciate the concept behind SEO, create site architecture, conduct effective keywords research, understand the factors that affect their rank positioning, perform SEO audit and monitor the SEO performance of websites. There will be hands-on practical session for learners to concretize the concept that they have acquired in the most effortless manner.

Entry Requirements
Applicants should have some related background that is relevant to the programme:
I. GCE ‘O’ level with minimum 2 years relevant working experience; OR
II. GCE ‘A’ Level; OR
III. Polytechnic diploma; OR
IV. NITEC in any specialization with 3 years working experience
V. English Language Proficiency: IELTS 5
VI. Computer Literacy (Intermediate Level)
VII. Familiar with MS Word and PowerPoint
VIII. Must possess a laptop or desktop
