About This Course
This course has four learning units, each building progressively on the knowledge acquired in the previous one. The course starts with Learning Unit (LU) 1, Introduction to GenAI in Digital Marketing. It provides a foundational understanding of Generative AI's (GenAI) development, current applications, and its pivotal role in reshaping digital marketing strategies. It highlights the breadth of GenAI's utility, from creating content to enhancing customer engagement, showcasing how these technologies are revolutionising traditional marketing approaches.
After learning the fundamental design principles in the context of GenAI in LU1, the learners will apply their knowledge to employ GenAI tools for crafting and refining these ideas into coherent marketing designs in LU2 Creative Idea Generation with GenAI. It also covers evaluating these GenAI-driven concepts, guiding learners in assessing their commercial viability and potential impact in the marketplace.
LU3 Translating Ideas into Workable GenAI-Driven Concepts focuses on transforming creative ideas into actionable GenAI-based marketing strategies. It discusses utilising GenAI for not only translating abstract ideas into executable campaigns but also for generating multiple variations of these concepts for optimised split testing. Learners will apply practical skills in operationalising innovative concepts through GenAI, ensuring both versatility and personalisation in marketing efforts.
LU4 Analysing Factors Influencing GenAI-Driven Design Solutions covers understanding audience reactions, ethical considerations, and the effectiveness of personalised strategies. This learning phase ensures that learners can create with GenAI and evaluate the impact of their creations responsibly, considering both performance metrics and ethical implications

Entry Requirements
● WPLN Level 4
● 1 GCE 'O' Level; OR
● Mature candidates (≥ 25 years old with 2 years’ work experience in a digital marketing-related field); OR
● Candidates with other qualifications will be considered on a case-by-case basis
