(Generative) AI to Supercharge Products & Workflows
About This Course
This course will expose middle management level participants (product owners, service owners in particular) to real world case studies where they will walk through exactly how existing products and workflows can be supercharged with AI, and in particular, with Generative AI. The intent is that the participants will become familiar with the framework, tools and strategies necessary to supercharge their products and workflows with AI and be comfortable starting, managing and delivering these supercharging endeavours.

Given the strategic orientation of the module, participants should typically have at least 10 years of professional experience.
Participants should have prior knowledge on digitalisation or digital transformation, and how they enhance business competitiveness.
