Advanced Topics in 5G and Open RAN Technologies
About This Course
This two-day course aims to equip participants with expertise in 5G technologies and O-RAN (Open-Radio Access Network) architectures. It covers detailed aspects of 5G RAN, including its architecture, control and user plane operations, and network functions like MAC scheduling. The course also delves into advanced topics such as network slicing, container network functions, and the integration of AI with network operations through RAN (Radio Access Network) intelligent controllers and rApps.
Participants will learn with hands on lab to design, deploy, and manage 5G networks, tailor solutions to specific use cases, and apply their skills in roles such as network engineers, operations managers, and Research and Development (R&D) specialists. By the end of the course, learners will be proficient in handling real-world network scenarios, optimizing operations, and spearheading innovations in the telecom sector.
