About This Course

Module 3 goes into the implementation of business digitalisation across industries – from asset-light industries such as Services and Retail to asset-heavy industries such as Manufacturing and Construction. These industries provide for a range of different digitialisation approaches that will allow the participants to combine and contextualise for their own respective industries. Participants will be divided into small groups for each day to discuss and present.

At the end of the 3-day module, participants will be able to:
• Understand how business digitalisation impacts various sectors differently, from asset-light to asset-heavy industries
• Develop effective digitalisation strategies tailored to specific sectors based on their unique needs and challenges
• Able to monitor the implementation and impact of these digitalisation strategies using appropriate tools and techniques, and make necessary changes for continuous improvement
