About This Course

​​This course aims to provide workplace-appropriate behaviour training to care service recipients. It aims to build physical, mental and social tolerance for employment and also teach effective coping strategies. Care Service recipients will be exposed to the soft skills required to interact with supervisors/colleagues/customers, as well as the coping and mental flexibility skills required for the workplace. Participants will be equipped with curated soft skills required to improve their work conditioning and work behaviour, eventually leading to improved employability.​

What You'll Learn

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
- Explain the importance of adopting a growth mindset at the workplace
- Adopt suitable professional attitude when faced with difficult people/situations at the workplace
- Apply appropriate interpersonal communication practices suitable for the workplace
- Develop and apply written and verbal communication skills
