Entry Requirements
The learner should:
- Be able to speak, listen, read and write English at a proficiency level equivalent to the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification (ES WSQ) Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 6
- Be well-versed in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, and
- Be proficient with the use of a Windows laptop or MacBook.
*Learners who do not meet the education requirements but have at least 3 years of relevant work experience can be accepted on a case-by-case basis subject to approval by the Management Representative.
