This comprehensive programme covers networking fundamentals (CompTIA Network+), essential ICT security practices (CompTIA Security+), and Linux Server Administration (CompTIA Linux+).
It also includes in-depth training on AWS and Microsoft Azure, preparing you for cloud certifications such as AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate, AWS SysOps Administrator Associate, and Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator.
The programme features a practical 10-day capstone project that allows you to apply your skills in real-world scenarios. With flexible learning paths and experienced instructors, this cloud computing course ensures you gain the foundational knowledge, practical skills, and certifications necessary to succeed in cloud computing roles.
What You'll Learn
Participants will begin with CompTIA Network+, gaining a solid understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and security best practices. This is followed by CompTIA Linux+, where they will learn Linux system administration, a crucial skill for cloud computing environments. CompTIA Security+ further strengthens their ability to secure IT systems, networks, and data.
The program then transitions into cloud-specific training, starting with AWS Cloud Practitioner Essentials, which introduces the fundamentals of Amazon Web Services (AWS). Next, Architecting on AWS and Cloud Operations on AWS provide in-depth knowledge of cloud architecture, deployment, and management of cloud services.
To ensure participants gain multi-cloud expertise, the program also includes Microsoft Azure Fundamentals and Microsoft Azure Administrator, covering the key concepts of Microsoft Azure, cloud governance, and resource management.
Beyond technical skills, the program emphasizes soft skills through courses like Promote Customer-Centric Innovations and Support Workplace Improvements & Innovations, helping participants develop strong problem-solving and workplace collaboration abilities.
Finally, learners will apply their knowledge in a Capstone Project, where they will design, deploy, and manage cloud solutions, demonstrating their readiness for real-world cloud administration roles.
By the end of the course, participants will be proficient in networking, security, and cloud platforms, making them well-prepared for roles such as Cloud Administrator, Cloud Engineer, or IT Support Specialist in cloud-based environments.
Entry Requirements
Academic Level Required:
- Be able to manipulate numbers at a proficiency level equivalent to Workplace Numeracy (WPN) Level 6 - Well versed in all Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook - Minimum Diploma in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics related discipline
Language Proficiency:
- Be able to speak, listen, read and write English at a proficiency level equivalent to Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 6
Work Experience Required:
- 1 Year minimum working experience in related ICT environment.
